GromSquad USA is a San Diego-based apparel brand known for its custom-made trucker hats built just for kids. With a laid-back California vibe and a focus on high-quality gear, they’ve carved out a fun, niche identity in the kids’ outdoor clothing space.

GromSquad USA is a San Diego-based outdoor apparel brand that makes custom-fit trucker hats designed specifically for kids. With a playful aesthetic, high-quality materials, and a strong visual identity, they’ve built a cult following among adventurous families and young outdoor enthusiasts.

GromSquad hired Wyatt to manage their digital advertising and produce new media that could fuel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels. Through a combination of hands-on campaign management, strategic content production, and constant creative testing, Wyatt was able to dramatically increase their return on ad spend—maintaining an average ROAS over 350%, with peak campaigns (like 4th of July) reaching as high as 692%.

Creative Testing
With a product like theirs, it’s all about A/B testing tons of creative. Because we had a huge library of content to work with, this was easy. And once we found the top-performing creatives we were able to dial-in our messaging and scale our results. Messaging concepts like Customer Testimonials paired with high quality lifestyle images resulted in hundreds of purchases at a profitable CPA.

Media Production
When GromSquad USA needed fresh content for their newer products, they hired Wyatt's video company Loading.Media to produce new media for them.
The upside to this is that the media was able to be produced with a campaign strategy already in mind, resulting in assets that are specifically tailored for each ad placement.
